Bellingham Portrait Photography ~ Shawn Pagels

Here are some photos from one of my recent shoots. Shawn is a good friend of mine and an amazing painter! I had a blast capturing some shots of him in action.

I pulled out one of my old favorite books for inspiration for this shoot- Arnold Newman's Americans. I just love Arnold's style and the look of his black and white photos. There's NOTHING like black and white film, but I tried my best to keep these black and white photos classic like the good ol' days.
